If you’re looking for a unique corporate team building venue in St. Louis, than Victory Raceway is the perfect destination for your next company event.  Our indoor go-kart race track is an engaging activity that facilitates full-group involvement to build comradery among your employees.

We offer both endurance and drifting style races to fit the style of team building activity you are looking to engage in with your employees or clients. In order to create a unique experience for your company, we can assist with catering and bar arrangements to ensure your team event is tailored to you.

Team Endurance Race

Victory Raceway offers endurance races in relay format where drivers race around the track and trade off driving every 6-8 minutes. The first team to finish wins! Winning teams receive 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies. These races are for seasoned racers or frequent racers of our facility due to the demands of the event.

Noodle Wars

Test your skills with Noodle Wars at Victory Raceway! The on-track action is set up in relay race format and intensified with unique challenges to complete during each driver's lap. Patience and strategy play a key role in this race as the karts have slick tires making them slower and much harder to control. We recommend a practice session per driver before or after the race for drive time at high speeds.
