As always, Victory Raceway is happy to support your group fundraising endeavors. We will be happy to donate free race vouchers to your organization's event (a value of $115). We only ask that you follow a few simple requirements to request the donated passes:
- We will require a copy of your 501-c. This is a copy of a currently valid IRS tax exemption certificate or a copy of your organization’s IRS determination letter, which you received when you received 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity. It is basically a print or digital letter from the IRS to show “proof” of your tax-exempt status. We do not accept just the tax exempt number.
- Vouchers must be picked up at our location, or you must provide/mail us a self addressed stamped envelope.
- Donations must be picked up within 3 weeks of our Donations manager being in contact with you.
- Your organization must use the name Victory Raceway - Indoor Karting in all marketing materials. Your donation packet will include a pass for the purchaser to redeem with us and a donation display giving guests an idea of what they are bidding on.
